Exchange Policy:

We offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. This initial exchange will include complimentary shipping. For any subsequent exchanges on the same order, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and operational costs. Final Sale Items:

Defective or Wrong Items:

Returns and replacements are provided only in the case of receiving a faulty or defective product. All items are thoroughly inspected before a return or exchange is processed. Items found worn or used will be rejected and returned to you.

Make sure to include your order number and clear photos of the defect or incorrect item to help us assess the issue. We will not be able to assist you after this time frame. If the issue is verified, we will cover all postage costs for the return and replacement.
